Fitted

Outside of school, I’ve always taken an interest in fashion. In my teenage years, I would spend countless hours on Instagram, Reddit, and Grailed looking at what style was in, the designer’s seasonal runway looks, and the design process behind them. Going to High School and talking fashion to my friends while trying to get rare sneakers occupy some of my fondest memories as an adult. Fitted is the brain-child born from these memories.

Maybe it is because of the gatekept nature of fashion, but I have always felt there was never a cohesive, respectful social scene dedicated to discussion on what clothes people are wearing.

The main mechanic behind Fitted is rating fellow users’ outfits. On a simple 1-5 scale, users will have forums to discuss fashion and rate outfits. Users will also be able to optionally list the exact ID# of apparel so others can find the item simply and quickly; a problem when trying to find pieces off of Pinterest.
